- Experience Required: 1–3 years in IT recruitment or consultancy
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Mon to Fri)
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, screen, and recruit candidates for IT roles across multiple domains.
- Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Maintain a talent pool database and regularly update candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand hiring needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation.
Required Qualifications
- Any graduate (BBA / MBA in HR is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with ATS or recruitment tracking tools.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in an IT staffing consultancy.
- Knowledge of technical roles and terminologies.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools and reporting.
