  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Mon to Fri)
Job Responsibilities
  • Identify, screen, and recruit candidates for IT roles across multiple domains.
  • Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Maintain a talent pool database and regularly update candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation.
Required Qualifications
  • Any graduate (BBA / MBA in HR is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with ATS or recruitment tracking tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in an IT staffing consultancy.
  • Knowledge of technical roles and terminologies.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools and reporting.
