Job Details

• Location: Austin, Texas (USA) / Remote
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Experience Required: 2–4 years in Python development
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using Python frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams for smooth integration.
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-ups.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x, Django or Flask frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Version control with Git, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Docker, or microservices architecture.
• Understanding of background tasks using Celery or similar tools.
• Unit testing and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
