• Location: Austin, Texas (USA) / Hybrid

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat)

Job Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate client needs into technical requirements and communicate with the dev team.
• Develop functional specifications and workflows.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Assist in project planning, scoping, and delivery management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
